Hijama Cupping Therapy Course
What is Hijama Cupping Therapy?
Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which cups are placed on the skin to create suction. This suction is believed to stimulate blood flow and help relieve pain, inflammation, and tension in the muscles and soft tissue. The cups can be made of glass, bamboo, or silicone and are typically left in place for 5–15 minutes. Cupping therapy is used to treat a variety of conditions, including back pain, headaches, and fibromyalgia. However, more research is needed to confirm the effectiveness of cupping therapy and to determine the best methods for administering it.
